Successfully Managing Your Practice
As a qualified sensorimotor expert, you will establish your practice in your region with a unique sales proposition. The holistic Medreflexx therapy concept expands the diagnostic and therapeutic range for your patients while delivering improved profitability. The invoicing of services is done according to medical tariffs (Gebührenordnung für Ärzte – GOÄ) and increases the profitability of the practice. With a performance that pays off, you can take the pressure of time away from your patients’ appointments and treat them in a holistic, non symptom-centred manner. The statutory health insurance companies don’t absorb the cost of the specialized insoles. Nevertheless, national health patients can profit from the concept as an individual health service (IGeL-Leistung).
Setting up special hours outside of the daily routine
Setting up special hours outside of the daily routine of your practice is a prerequisite for the improved quality, service and time with your patients. As a specialist in sensorimotor control, the special hours need to be recognized as a special activity. As purely a private medical service, the special hours require a completely different form of time management and should be carried out in a specified sequence.
Time management- more time for your patients
The successful implementation of the concept in the practice requires a special form of time management. This means the specialized insoles cannot be prescribed on the fly and within five minutes. The concept and the patients that are eligible for it require time. A good hour should be planned for the first insole appointment, while checkups require about 30 minutes. 60 or 30 minute appointments fall outside the usual time frame of a regular orthopaedic practice. Therefore, the introduction of a special clinic for the diagnosis of posture and movement has been proven in practice. For example, it can initially be set up during an afternoon. Whether rural or urban, or with 300 or 4,000 bills per quarter, this also works in your practice. In any case, this is the experience of the colleagues who have implemented the concept. Feel free to contact us (link to contact) - we will gladly explain the details to you in greater detail.
Intensive care to your patients
During the special office hours, you will be able to offer intensive care to your patients. In addition to the initial examination and ordering of the insoles, you should agree to at least two examinations with the patient. This is the only way you can truly be sure that your patient will permanently be symptom-free. When handing over the insoles, commit to a check-up – this ensures the best possible patient management and prevents patient dissatisfaction.
